Why do some WA members participate alot and asnwer alot of questions and help people out alot? What are the benefits from doing such work? Do WA reward us for participating?
There is no monetary reward for participation here. This is a pay it forward community and it works well. We learn from members here then pass on that learning to people who need it. :)

Why do some WA members participate alot and asnwer alot of questions and help people out alot? What are the benefits from doing such work? Do WA reward us for participating?
As some other people have mentioned, WA encourages a pay it forward mentality. When I first joined I didn't know anything about website creation or keyword research etc. and I was always the one asking lots of questions. Because people were willing to take the time to help me out even though they are in no way required to do so, I now help out others when I know the answer. Or even if I don't i try to get them to someone who can because nothing is worse than being stuck on something for long periods of time. It slows ya down and brings down not only your morale but your confidence.
So since I experienced that first hand, I am always happy to help others when I have the time.
