4 Months with Wealthy Affiliate - Blood, Sweat, and Tears!

Not too bad eh?

I try to be consistent with my publishing schedule. I spend about 4 to 5 hours each day for research, content writing, and improving the overall design of my website.

Today marks the day of my 4 month venture with Wealthy Affiliate. I totally forgot to write about my 3rd month because I was on vacation. The training that I've received here is one of a kind.

Note: February 17 is also my Birthday(:

I still remember coming in 4 months ago wondering if I would survive. The flame is still burning in my heart and it's only growing bigger and bigger. Honestly, I read a lot of articles on how long it would take to actually start earning money.

It's a good thing I did because it gave me an expectation! — The truth is, it depends!

How Long Does It Take To Make Money Online?

It depends on the following:

• How competitive is your niche?
  
• How much time are you willing to dedicate to your website?
• How are you marketing your content?
• Are you leaving money on the table?
• How are you monetizing your website?

Those are just a handful of examples! That's why it's really hard to compare yourself with others when it comes to success. I've mentioned this in a few blogs:

"Your website is your garden and the content you produce are seeds." — It takes time before you can harvest, so give it time to grow.

Also, your outcome also depends on the quality of your seeds. Good seeds = good crops(:

Anyone Can Do It! The Only Person Stopping You From Success Is You

I spend roughly around 14 hours each day, 7 days a week working as a Car Salesman and developing my online business.

I don't recommend working like a maniac like myself, but I have a small tip if you find yourself procrastinating or giving yourself reasons to not work hard on your website.

Tip: The time you spend watching television or playing video games could've been used for improving your business. — How badly do you want to succeed online?

I'm Starting To Make Money

I'm in no way earning enough money yet to truly work at home. However, it's definitely enough to ensure me that this works.

I remember trying to make money online by completing surveys... long story short. I've never had the patience to earn enough to cash out.

So far, I've earned roughly around $216 on Google AdSense alone. Nothing from affiliate commissions yet :X It shall come eventually.

I Might Turn Off Google AdSense For A Month

I'm thinking about experimenting my website without Google AdSense. I'm hoping to increase my affiliate conversions without ads sending away my traffic for a few dollars. — I'll keep you guys updated.

Empty your mind when it comes to the money factor. Stay true to yourself and focus on helping others. The money will follow(:
