In my back office I am getting a message saying my theme requires me to install Everest Forms and Woocommerce plugins. Do I need to install or can I finish this notice?

In my back office I am getting a message saying my theme requires me to install Everest Forms and Woocommerce plugins. Do I need to install or can I finish this notice?
If you need the plugins for whatever it is you are covering in your niche, I would install them. They likely will make the site work better and the theme as intended.
If you do not need them for your niche site I would not add them. No sense having extra stuff that you have to worry about updating all the time!
Of course, if not having them is affecting the performance of the site that is another reason to install. But if there are no adverse effects, I would leave them off.
You can always install and take them off again too. So I guess it all depends on your intent, the theme itself, and what you need in answering this...

Thanks Dave for the response! I tried installing them and it would not let me so I just skipped without it. Hopefully won't have any issues because of that. We shall see!
