What’s Up With the Flu!
So you wake up feeling really good, get the children off to school, run some errands, head back home to get some work done. The day starts out fine I am telling you. After settling down before the computer to get some work done, the phone rings. Before you know it, just about 25 minutes of your planned work time is gone through the phone lines, oh boy!
Then to add to that, after trying to get all jazzed up again to complete some tasks, something else happens. Achooo!! 1, 2, 3, 4 times, achooo!! Hello!! Is that the flu knocking at my door again. I thought I got rid of you last week and sent you to the other side of the world with some meds? No such thing. I had to just take some meds and get some shut-eye which I think my body really needed. This is now another interruption to stop my flow. Once your body confirms that you now have the flu, everybody just buckles because that feeling is one that cannot be denied.
Start Again!
Whenever you get all worked up and say to yourself YES!! I am going to do this, things happen to interrupt your flow. What do you do? Some persons get discouraged when this happens and never restart with the same push and vim and vigour. I had two interruptions this morning. I just felt like curling up in the bed, it’s just the necessary NOW remedy that was needed. But here I am on my Wealthy Affiliate dashboard. I feel like crawling into bed again, but I think I need to put in some work, be motivated by my colleagues’ progress and get down to writing. Yup, this was not so hard after all.
Friends, just keep going, step on top of those stones and turn them into stepping stones. Size up that mountain and speak to it, climb it, go around it or just shatter it with your super-human strength. Knock the flu outta here with a home-run and remember WHY you are here.
You can do it! You got this! We are going to the top and it’s going to get better.
Peace out!!

You are just the inspiration I need right now, Stacey. Thank you.
I've had so many interruptions recently that I feel like giving up. But, I know I wouldn't be happy if I gave up so I continue to plod on with the hope I'll soon get a few days of time completely to myself.
Now that I've read your post I'll remember to say Yes to myself.
Have a wonderful day :)
