One year today and as a present $1,250 dollars.
Seems like yesterday I did not know a post from a page, or what a plugin was.
A week ago I was asked to build a website for the children's department of a church.
Today, after church, they gave me the check for the completion. $1,250 for what now seems like so little work. I believe it was a combination of enjoyment and know how.
WA taught me most everything I know about making websites. Lot's of little pieces that made a puzzle complete!
What an amazing reward for a few days work!.

What a great blessing in this post. WA makes it so easy it almost seems like we are just having some fun and not learning along the way. Belive me, we are!! I too started desiging web sites in the dak ages and all we had was stragiht HTML coding. And Word Press can be quite user-freindly,. but sometimes it determines I am from another planet, speak another language, and have far greater IQ. Or so it seems :) HAPPY ANNIVERSARY.
Congrats and good for you! Its a great feeling when your work is appreciated by so many.
Have a great day!

Hi Trialynn! - Firstly - many Congradulations!!!!
Secondly - is there any chance you might share the URL of your site?
I would love to, but it has to do with children of the church and can only be accessed by the private members.
Hi Trialynn! - I understand fully :)
In your post did you intend to write 'a year ago...'?
Not sure. I was offered the job just a week ago. I joined WA a year ago. Does that help?
