Street Articles Is Trying To Kill Me!

Hello there wonderful world of Wealthy Affiliates!
to be honest, SA isn't really trying to kill me exactly, but I'm pretty sure it's trying to get me to kill myself.
I am desperate for an answer as I am having some serious issues with SA. First, off, I want to thank everybody who helped in my last blog inquiring about SA. I really appreciate you all. Now, I'm feeling a tad bit cranky, and I'd like to ask my questions.
how does an article on SA even qualify for being declined? I'm not talking rejected, I mean declined, as in SA is threatening to shut down my profile! here's a picture.

Has anybody ever seen that before? if so what for?

I wrote an honest, unique, informational, article about food allergies that used no profanity or promotional content or calls to action... I'm really at a loss for why SA would want to ban me for giving them more articles. Isn't that the point of SA? unless of course SA is tired of posting everybody's articles, in which case, I understand. Somehow though, I don't think that's it.
I really want to know what's wrong with my article because I worked hard on it, and I need to get it up. If you have any information that could help me please please do!!!
