Pet Clothes USA

I'm not going to lie. It hasn't been a picnic for me. I enjoy writing, helping others, and up to this point, I feel I have been entertaining, providing good content, and "replyful" to everyone who has commented and given great reviews. My biggest problem lies with the word "patience". I have none. heh The picture above says it all. I have wanted to give up so many times. The me above is frustrated, wanting results immediately. :) It's a struggle for me because I've never gone down this route before.

* My progress? Well, obviously I made it this far, having moved my site over to a domain I bought and added the theme I feel is nice. I still have tweeks to work out and plug-ins to add, but I'm still at the blog like crazy stage. I did find the time to add a SHOP page, adding links to it, then posting that page as well. The reviews on it went nicely and I replied to everyone, even offering suggestions along the way when I was asked. They wanted more pics of pets in clothing, so I went back in an did as they asked. :)

Right now I'm trying to work on a logo and to create a nice pet Banner for the top. Am only working on one site thus far, so am putting all my efforts into getting it well known. There are so many WA training videos to watch and learn from that I find myself trying to figure out, "Which one first?" <Trent scratches his head, wondering, "Duh, which way do I go George, huh? Which way do I go?"> :) heh I want to get to Level 5 so bad, I can taste it! Well, ok, I can't do that, but I can.. no, can't feel that either. <sigh>

It freaks me out that there is TECH out there (meant for Pets) that I thought was only meant for Humans, like LED collars for New Years and jackets and vests lit up like Christmas! Really? HA! I'm like, Ok, I have to add all that to my site, right? :)

* My niche is obviously Pet Clothes and Accessories (Shirts and Jackets specifically, but...) with me going through the Amazon Affiliate Program (for now), expanding to others as I gain experience and visitor-ship.

* Any successes? What am I proud of? Hmmm. I'm proud that I took the step of joining WA. When I first signed on, I admit, I was scared. Is this another scam? I'm only working part-time right now, so definately can't afford the full year discounted cost yet (Sorry Karl). I will eventually. I've never invested in myself like this before. It begins somewhere, and it begins now with Wealthy Affiliate. Anything else is an escuse; a procrastination. I want to do the Affiliate Marketing web site, but one thing at a time.

* Plans/Goals for the next 3 months? To finish all levels of the training (not including Boot Camp).

* Plans/Goals for the next 6 months? To finish my Blog and affiliate links site (Pet Clothes USA), and begin the Boot Camp training.

Post 9/11 T-Shirts

I want to learn more about WooCommerce because I also have a lot of Post 9/11 T-Shirts that I found in storage that my mother was selling (she died of Small Cell Lung Ca back in 2007). Great condition shirts. Fruit of the Looms. Stored in Rubbermaid containers. :) So yeah, I'll get to those eventually. Anyone think there is still an interest in them... as a remembrance? Hmmm, a cool thought. I might give some away to the first 100 who buy from my site (anyone who buys more than $25 worth - to make it worth it because I have to pay freight). Yeah, I like that! :) Yup, Trent here is patting himself on the back. heheh.

Ambassador rankings? Ha! I'm around 8,000. That means not anytime soon! :) Boy, I just crack myself up. I'm enjoying myself here. love hearing from others that my site is looking up and up. I love the reviews. It's a good feeling, ya' know? I love giving my opinion of their sites as well, making suggestions. To make it to the Embassadore level, get involved in all the site ratings. Get involved in all the discussions, live chats, and all the tech support.

I was using the ASTRA theme, but it was too bland to me. I recently changed it to the Sparkle Theme because I can't even add a banner without adding a plugin, or paying for a premium on it. No thanks. Maybe after I start making money, but this poor chap needs all the freebies he can get for now. :)
