The Main Header (H1/H2) includes your keyword using the exact wording. You should already have your keyword chosen, keeping in mind that you want a strong keyword that accurately describes what the article is about.
While synonyms work within the body, your Main Header needs to be exact. Of course, it can also include other words. Aim for a catchy title that
- Is descriptive and accurate of your article
- Grabs the reader's attention
- Includes your keyword, using the exact wording
The H1 is your post title. Most include a secondary title, the H2. While this also needs exact keyword wording, it can differ in the other words within it. However, it still needs to accurately reflect the article's intent.
Google scans the internet and when it reads through your post, it looks for the title, then reads further to decide if it fits the article.
Keep in mind that these titles are the first thing that your reader sees. As with any first impression, it has the power to make the reader enticed into looking further. But it also has the ability to deter them, causing them to look elsewhere.
Hint: If your article seems relevant and well-written but is just not gaining any attention, consider changing up the title. Sometimes that is all that is needed to move your post up to page 1.

This is the first time I'm reading, and I must thank you for this training.
There are a lot of reminders that I had forgotten. I made a screenshot of the list of the introductory paragraph.
I will be adding my list to this and print it off for ongoing and future use.

Thanks for sharing this.
In my case, I cannot change the size of my title head. Also, I only have H1 to h4 for the subheadings. I cannot even see the icon for changing the color of the font. Does it have to do with the theme? What theme can you suggest to do these, if ever? Please suggest a theme that would not require paid plugins, I do not have income yet to pay for paid plugins.
