Use Trends to Connect with Your Audience
People are generally interested in the most talked about topics and other things that are trending. Connecting your videos to these trends will be a very effective way to get the attention of your viewers.
If you want to create a trending video, you can look at those trends that your demographic is currently into. You should also ensure that such trends are somehow related to your brand.
Create Clickable Thumbnails
Videos with more attractive thumbnails are proven to have more click-through rates. If you want your videos to have more views and likes, then your thumbnails should be such that viewers cannot just scroll over.
Facebook does not allow customizable thumbnails. So a good way to do this is by selecting an attractive image that Facebook produces from the video you uploaded.
Should I Publish My Videos on Facebook or YouTube?
You are a content creator who creates engaging content and would like your content to reach a lot of people. But now you are on a crossed road; will it be Facebook or YouTube?
This is the question in the mind of most content creators, and the short answer to this question is, take both options. Uploading directly on Facebook means that your videos will appear on native feed while uploading on YouTube means that you can share them via link to other platforms.
Although using both options may be stressful and time-consuming, I am going to tell you why you should do so.
This information has come a great time for me as I am just starting out with my channel.
Here's to making it happen in 2021 and beyond.
