Before we get into the individual stats I must mention that the Site health feature is only a GUIDE. You don't have to follow it if you think that it's in your best interest. For a quick example (I will explain it in more detail soon)
As you may have noticed in my last page, my plugins stat is only at 30%. Which means I have more than 5 plugins.
Anyways,
Kyle mentions a lot in the training that you should blog regularly. The main reason for this is because the more blogs you have on your site the more chances of traffic you get.
Which means more chances of making money through your affiliate links or through your own products.
So I would advise you to try and blog as much you can :)
A lot of people try to post at least 3 times a week and that is really good. Of course, if you can do more than that then don't just stop at 3 because Kyle recommended it.
If you read the description for publishing frequency you will see that keeping up to date with your site is also better for your users.
They won't have to leave your site to find a more up to date version of whatever they are looking for.
Content Quality
With your content quality & Variety, this stat mostly focuses on the "quality" which is just how much words you use in a post.
As the description says, you should write naturally in your content. Don't force things into your content.
In regards to words I know a lot of you have been asking how many words so I aim for each post and the simple answer is 1,000 words. If you don't hit 1,000 though don't just discard you current work.
As I said this is just a guide and you aren't going to be able to write 1,000 words all the time depending on your niche, so just write naturally and give your readers what they want.
