They are a way to show dialogue and communication about the SPECIFIC SUBJECT of an article, something STRONGLY RELATED, or a PERSONAL EXPERIENCE related to the subject matter.

Their purpose is interaction, query, sharing and solutions between the visitor and the author.

This fulfills one of the purposes of the internet, to help communicate and grow, coming together in specific areas of life and knowledge, making modern humankind more knowledgeable and interactive....
