I hope that I have created a resource that explains in simple words why people get so frustrated when comments and feedback are misunderstood and left in wrong places, and I trust that the point of view of the business person or entrepreneur will make this so much easier to understand, saving time and irritations in regards to this problem.

Many thanks, and if a Like corresponds to your feedback(welcome here) , please feel free to give it and add a comment....

Greetings

Therese

This is really important information and a little misunderstood here by some in WA. Great idea to create a training on it. Well done!.... and thanks.

Hi Therese, my comment is... that this reinforced my thoughts about the difference between comments and feedback! But it was just what I had picked up through experience and not concrete fact. So many thanks :)

Hi Therese;
You gave me another angle about what is inappropriate. You're telling us that a compliment can hurt our business too, because it appears then that our site is still formative, just starting out...and that we need coaching:(!
Yikes - hadn't thought it out like that, but just knew it didn't feel right;)

Thanks for yet another defining moment in your good blogging for us!

Thanks, Therese, I stupidly did this for someone last week but apologised for my mistake after I realised what I had done. Great training, though.
