The best way to get an answer right away (provided there is anyone available) is on Live Chat. For the most part there is always someone on Live Chat. Obviously if the hours are in the early morning there may not be anyone available to answer your question.

TIP: If you ask your question in Live Chat and no one replies to you, which does happen from time to time, be patient and after a couple of minutes ask the question again. Many times members in chat are in the middle of helping someone else and may be looking up training and not being focused on the chat stream.

When there are people active within Chat you will be able to see the ever updating vertical stream of chat posts along the right side of any Activity Dashboard screens (See Below Image). To access the dashboard click on the dark gray “Activity Dashboard” button on the top left menu. To access Chat either click the blue “Live Chat” button on the left or then word “Open” above the chat stream on right.

Along the top of the Activity Dashboard you can select “Activity” that shows all currently active discussions going on within the community, “Classrooms” which shows all of the available classrooms in regards to their specific category (See Above Image), and “Top 10” which displays the Top 10 trending (Popular) Blog Posts and Trainings.

If you should enter one of the classrooms you will see a list of all of the current discussions within that classroom. The discussions with the flames to the left of it represent discussions that have had recent interaction. Along the top you will see how many Q&A, Tutorials, Video & Courses are available for that particular classroom (See Below Image).

So as you can see so far there are a ton of helpful resources available in just these two areas for getting a lot of answers should you want or need to research anything.

My screen doesn't look like that. has it changed? I can't seem to raise a support ticket and can't create my website or register a domain... It's been going great up tot the best built where I hit a snag. I tried to register a domain but it wouldn't let met, it just said I have to contact support to register a domain. I then tried to create a website by using a free domain, but instead of letting me create the site I got the error message again saying I have to contact support and create a ticket. Why is that? Why can't I create a site or register a domain without creating a support ticket. I did head over to support and couldn't raise a ticket because I do not have a domain. When I clicked to put in my question there wasn't any solutions either. Can you please help me? I am very very eager to get going. I am very excited about this and would like to get my site up and going. Thank you, Heni

Heni, if I were here only 1 day, I would wait just a little bit. Not long. Maybe 1 or two more days. There are a lot of aspects to WA and it may take a bit for your premium membership upgrade to propagate through all of the features.

Have you tried going to the help center? (That's the bottom link on the left and side. If not. Check it out.

There are plenty of training videos to watch while you get your account fixed up.

I can not find the Blue Facebook Like button at the top of the screen, has it been removed? there's only a rectangle with the word affiliate in it!.

Next.. uhh ... smart question I think -) - but... if the clicker on FB will be impressed and flabbergasted and falling in love head over heels with WA and decides that he or she must join this tribe immediately and for once and for all ...who will be credited with this new member? me?? is there an affiliate connection between me on WA ..well... I believe the facebook like button has been removed for some reason! But if you do want to share a post or training that you like with social media or through email, you click the affiliate link on top, and it will have YOUR affiliate link to share in forums, social media, or email :) I hope this helps :)

The Facebook Like button has been removed when the WA site was upgraded last year.

However if you share any content from WA that you did not create, just click the button that says Affiliate at the top of the screen and copy the link displayed.

Then paste that link into social media or in an email. Anyone who clicks on that link and then goes on to join WA, you will get full credit for that referral.

Try entering the domain name for the transferred website and if it comes up then it was transferred okay. This will work if the transfer includes a new domain name assigned to it.

That IS RUBBISH !!!!!!!!!! After waiting for aprox 48 hrs and NOT getting any tech support ,,for what was CLEARLY a serious in house tech ,,,issue ,, that im sure could have been sorted quockly ,, I have now WITHDRAWN my domain .
