Wealthy Affiliate 101 - Pt 2: How to Get Help and Support at Wealthy Affiliate
Now that we have covered all of the ways you can get help here at WA (and I am sure I may have missed 1 or 2 other small ways), I want to explain how you can get some Tech Support. If have problems accessing your website, there are server problems, you changed a theme, downloaded or updated a plugin without doing a backup of your site and now you lost your website, you will need Tech Support.
To access the Wealthy Affiliate Tech Support 24/7/365, you need to go and mouse-over the light blue Site Rubix button in the left side menu. When you do that another menu will open up to the right (See Above Image). There will be 5 selections and you will want to click on the bottom where it says “Support.”
This will now open up a new screen that will look like the image above, but slightly different because mine have two past Support Tickets saved on screen. You will want to click at the top of the screen where it says, “Click Here to Create a New Hosting Support Ticket.” This will then bring up the Support Ticket screen where you will explain to Tech Support what your problem is (See Below Image).
Normally I have never had to wait very long for my support tickets to be taken care of. The technicians at the Wealthy Affiliate Tech Support are rock stars in my book, with Carson leading the way. They do a great job at getting things fixed.
