As an affiliate marketer, joining different affiliate platforms can be strategic. Get the right blend of affiliate programs and you will find that you can optimize your earnings.

Affiliate programs come in different earning opportunities, shapes, and sizes. However, I'll be reviewing one of the best alternative income streams that any affiliate could create. I'm talking about the Walmart Affiliate Program, and we will be taking a much deeper look into its features and other areas.

Let's find out together if this affiliate program is the type you should consider joining.

About Walmart Affiliate Program

This is an affiliate program designed by Walmart to reward marketers who refer buyers to its store. Walmart happens to be the largest offline retailer, so you can imagine the range of products available to promote.

The affiliate earnings range from 1% - 4% commissions on products bought by the referrals. And though the figure looks so low, some affiliates still earn decent income from the program.

You can target high valued products to promote and earn better than the average. Or you target hot selling products that offer you a 4% commission for each sale.

Whichever approach you decide on, you can still make a fortune of your affiliate partnership with Walmart.

This is terrific Israel. Question. Do they have the same strict 3 months and out rule that Amazon have? i.e. if you don`t make at least 3 sales you are removed. Initially, even with a relatively mature site, it can be a while before sales start to appear.

Best Regards,

Trevor

Amazon is actually 6 months ... 180 days, but they do allow you to reapply if you are removed as an associate :)

Oh, no, Latin! On Amazon Affiliates, you must make a minimum of three sales within a 6-month period after which your account gets suspended for non-compliance, though you can always get back and re-apply. To my understanding, Walmart doesn't have that of kind of stringent requirements. Thanks for your valuable contribution!

I hadn't considered Walmart as an affiliate but it might be something to look in to. Commissions look to be fairly low, but so is Amazon and many others. It sure can't hurt to have another stream of income, especially with Walmart's large varied market.

Thank you for the info! :)

You are absolutely right, Jaz. Walmart is just an alternative to Amazon, though the commission might be relatively low.
