- Give it with grace, but don't sugar coat it too much.
- Be honest.

I greatly appreciate your approach concerning feedback. I agree and will, in fact, bookmark this to use in further occasions. I benefited from your training because it’s brief and goes to the point.
I liked your story concerning the occasion when you received "Overall, I think your site has good content; however when I get on it and look at it, it just does not look all that exciting." That reminded me of a short comic, right here at WA, that you may enjoy reading :) Giving constructive feedback to site owners I’ll follow you here at WA!
