After you have copied and pasted the verification code into the All In One SEO section of your websites' dashboard follow this last step.
1.Go back to the open window where you are logged on to your Pinterest business account and click on the Finish tab,and then on the Save tab.
This is the easiest way of verifying your website with Pinterest.Now you can access the Analytics and Ads options that they offer business owners.
It can be confusing at first if you try to follow the directions in this small window where it says to copy and paste the code into the <head> section of your index.html file,or to download the file and then upload it to your site,and those methods are probably effective with other themes,but in this tutorial I am sharing what worked for me.As a reference the theme of my website is Accent from Wordpress.
