OK, the easiest way to get to the Widget customization page is to go to the sidebar (in your Wordpress admin section) and go Appearance >>> Widgets.

See, they're so important they're just after 'Themes' in the listing there.

This will open up the Widget setting page and you can get to work. Let's take a look shall we?
