You can individually select any keyword using the green plus icon or there is a "Select All" button you can use too.
The keywords that you shortlist are shown on the right hand side of the page. You can click "Get" to have these listed in a window that you can use to copy from and paste into your favourite keyword tool for checking search volumes, or simply storing them away as a list of content ideas to use for your site.

Been awhile since I used "uber" but I remember it being a great tool for coming up with ideas. The Google instant technique for the alphabet I have written about a few times (type The Alphabet Soup technique into Google). It works very well and can be used with any keyword tool including the one here at Wealthy Affiliate and Jaaxy.com.
