Now we need to send a message to support asking them to transfer our website over to Wealthy affiliate hosting.
I've filled in the message to indicate what information support will need to transfer your website over to WA.- Domain name
- Website Login URL
- Admin Username
- Admin Password
That is all they need usually, however in some cases if they've difficulty logging in - you may get asked for your cPanel login details as well.
The next message you'll get from the support team will be that they have the info and go something like this: I'll use the domain setupwp.uk as an example.

We have transferred all the content of your website setupwp.uk to a temporary SiteRubix site which can be accessed at:
http://setupwp.siterubix.com
Please take a look at the temporary website to see if everything has been transferred correctly. Once you're sure that everything is transferred you can then point your domain to WA by setting up the following nameservers.
ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com
Once you have set the nameservers, you can transfer the SiteRubix site to your main domain using the Move option from WA dashboard.
....That's pretty much their bit done.
You just make sure you do what they ask in the message ....

Why are some members claiming their hosts are requesting nameserver address as IP numbers now? I find that to be a strange request, yet more and more newer members are asking for that information.
