WRITE
As with the navigation of your website, you should first write a social media marketing playbook. This playbook should detail your KPIs, audience profiles, brand personas, campaign concepts, promotional events, contests, content themes, etc. This social media content strategy should also be unique for each platform.
ALIGNMENT
Align the members of your company (if you have a team) around your playbook. Assign responsibilities to posting, comment responses and reporting metrics.
TAKE TIME
Schedule time at the beginning of each week ( thirty to sixty minutes ) to schedule your Tweets, Facebook posts, LinkedIn posts, Pinterest Pins or other social media marketing content. These can be original ideas, links to your blog posts or pages or links to resources to other websites that might be helpful to your audience.
