Remember to act as a customer service rep and respond to comments generated by your social media marketing efforts. Interact. Even if the comments are negative. Don't ignore feedback or comments. This is how you build rapport and a following.

REPORTING AND METRICS

Depending on your social media marketing goals reporting metrics can occur weekly, monthly or even bi-monthly. Check your metrics and you'll learn what is effective and what is not.

REANALYZE

Reanalyze your social media marketing strategy on a regular basis. Just like content on your blog or website, adjust, tweak and improve..... Try some A/B testing to determine what your audience responds to better.
