I learned a lot more through trials and tribulations of trying to sort out my sites from malware invasion in two months.
However, this tutorial provides the best methods for rectifying the problem and getting you up and running quickly. If all everything fails, contact technical support who are a font of knowledge and awesome at what they do.
I am not a technical wizard, like the technical guys, but I learned a lot over these past few months.
If there is enough interest in this tutorial I will expand further on what I learned and provide some more tips.

Yes, it is now. It took some time and a lot of learning, but everything is now good. I can now continue with the tutorials and work on creating posts again which this problem has prevented me from doing.
