These days, getting traffic from search engines keeps getting more difficult. This is quite understandable considering the huge number of blogs on the internet. As of 2019, there were already more than 500 million blogs on the internet.

Wow! Does this mean so many people are going the blogging way? Not everyone on the internet is a blogger. However, setting up a website has become a reliable way to market your business and products.

So, it is understandable if most business owners are trying to market their business online by setting up websites. Now you can imagine the competition that exists among blog owners for traffic.

It has become challenging to get traffic from Facebook. I know this can be a very discouraging situation. But instead of getting discouraged, why don’t we explore ways to work around this traffic challenge?

First, you need to note that the Google algorithm has a role to play in determining if your content gets seen by a large audience. So you need to produce the right content that will make the algorithm consider your blog content as relevant enough to get ranked among the top pages where it can easily be seen by search engine users.

Then, there are strategies you can implement to get Google algorithm to recognize your blog as having something relevant and worthy of being noted – something that will satisfy the user intent.

Let’s look at some ways to get the much-desired traffic to your site:

Hi Israel,

Excellent training, thank you and I have this bookmarked.

The "how to...", I'm really glad you brought that up because I keep forgetting that headline. I can see using the "How to" like "how to rank in Google", or "how to be your own boss"... but what about when I'm doing reviews?

Most welcome, Monica! Even for reviews, you can still leverage the "how-to" stuff. For example, if you are to write a review of Wealthy Affiliate on your blog, you can let the headline go this way: "Wealthy Affiliate Review (2020): How to earn $10,000+ monthly working at home". I hope this helps!

Thank you Israel,

You just nailed it again. so many of us miss it with our images. We don't take optimization serious.

And this is very key for user experience and speed

That's true, Ayodeji. As a matter of fact, I'm going to take it as an obligation to add visuals to my training tutorials including the old ones for that matter. This will, of course, help improve user experience and satisfy user intent.
