Side Note:

I'm currently running the SumoMe free plugin and it doesn't translate the Twitter meta-tag information. So, no images for Twitter:

But, I can do these manually without much effort.

Also, I have several websites with different themes and some seem to do this fine with the "Featured Image" option alone. No further steps needed within All-In-One SEO.

I feel this may be a function of the WordPress theme chosen, but will allow my wonderful WA colleagues to confirm either way.

So, where is the Featured Image option?

From either a blog post or page, when you're in the WordPress Editor, scroll down and look to the right.

You should see the following:

Click SET FEATURED IMAGE

And it will upload and display as such:
