WordPress Ping Optimizer Plugin - Installation Guide

***UPDATED 27/03/2013***

With the latest WordPress update, this plugin is no longer needed! WordPress does this by itself now. Use the URL list below and here is where you need to put them:

From the Dashboard, go under Settings -> Writing.

Then you copy and paste the list below in the "Update Services" section at the bottom. Once you've done that, hit save changes and then you're done!
