Setting Up Your Home page and Blog

Now we have our core pages set, it's time to set up your home page and your blog.

Your blog page will be where all the "posts" you create will go... and now we'll set this all up!

Back to your WordPress dashboard, go down to the "Settings" tab and select "Reading"

In this section we want to set up your home page and blog as "Static pages" As you can see in the image below, select "Static page" and with the drop down menus select your "Front page" as Home (Or whatever you want set as your homepage) and the "Posts page" as your Blog.

Hit "Save Changes" at the bottom and now all your posts will be visible under the Blog section on your site!

That's it! The structure of your site is complete. You can add new pages whenever you want, but these are the pages you should have on every site.
