When people click on your still empty Privacy Policy or some other empty menu item, they arrive on your service page!

quick question---our site mngr says we shouldn't have more than 5 plug-ins-which effects our site health--can we get around that or should we just ignore it?

I believe, when you've finished the certification course you are above 5. Always be careful with adding plugins, but 5 is a bit low.
I can tell you, my site health for plugins gives on all my websites 0%
