You learned how Pinterest looks and how it functions. But, why it is useful for the purpose of your marketing business?

As on all other social media, here also, it is recommendable to share your blog posts, so you could receive more organic views. Your followers will re-pin your pins and you will receive new followers. And that goes deeper and deeper. As more people view and re-pin your pins, that's better.

You can put one pin in different relevant boards, so depending on the interests people will see it.

There are three ways to add a pin. On the right down corner of the screen you will find the plus button. There you have two options, to upload a pin, or to save from a website.

1. Upload a pin from your computer.

You add a description and you chose a board or create new one.

I added an image, description is for coloring printables for preschool and K12 kids. And i decided to create new board Coloring Printables.

Saved. Yeah!

Usually this is for images, and it is not recommendable to do it this way since you can't add link.

2. Save from a website

The other option is to save a pin from your website. So add the link of your website.....

.....and than the images from your website will be loaded. You chose the one that you want to pin, and save it to a board.

I created new board Crafting ideas for people with special needs. And I added a description below the image.

And, Voila! The pin is created.

You can see the difference between this and the first adding. Here you can see the webpage which you can visit, and who saved the pin.

3. Save a pin directly from a webpage. (most recommendable)

Go to your website. (This is not my website, I just use it as an example).

In order to save the post on Pinterest, you should have the Pinterest social button plugin added.

So, you chose the Pinterest button in order to save it in some of your boards. do not forget to add it in as many relevant boards as possible.

Add nice description. Try to use the keywords from your blog post. Save it in a board.

When you save it in several boards, it tells you in which other board it is saved. Also, maybe some of your website visitors saved it already.

I saved it my board Coloring Printables, so here you can see the posts we added there.

It is that easy. I hope this tutorial was useful for you.

And I hope you will enjoy Pinterest same as I do.
