Upon awakening from a dream, not so much that the dream had anything to do with it, I had an idea for a website that I have that has been around for sometime now, but undeveloped.

I don't know why I had this on my mind, but it was there...

I knew what this site was supposed to be in relation to the rest of that campaign, which is a multi-site set put together into one large one.

My alternativehealthtreatment site would - and should be - a directory site for alternative medicine practitioners throughout North America. I gave it some thought, but I knew exactly how this should be formatted.

I got up right away and began a session on Bubbl.us. The basic image, as it was at the time, is shown above.

Let the FUN begin! ...

Hi Daniel, All I can say is wow. You are persistent and you have created a work of art. It is true what you say, that building and developing a business takes time, effort, commitment and passion. You have demonstrated all these things.

You have definitely accomplished what you set out with this motivational lesson.

Brilliant job.

I'm making a consistent income on here now, but it has also been consistently the same income, which is not anywhere near enough to support me. At best, it will get me another year of WA (if I can get another person in my list to become Premium.

The site that this is on has been sitting and it's a sister site to one that doesn't belong to me. This is a directory site for alternative medicine practitioners and I have no idea yet how to pull this off.

I do have learning materials.

We have maps to show us where something is that we otherwise would not be able to find. When we start out, we must put faith on maps to get us there because we can't see around the first bend nor past the headlights of our automobile.

Its the same with any business technically. Finding your feet and then overcoming all the obstacles that are placed in your way. It sounds like a massive project, but if you keep plugging away at it, the answers will come your way.

I agree with you about maps. In a sense, they are something that we all should be using to guide us through the development of our businesses. Helping us keep on track and keeping us on the right road to success.

Earlier on I had a blog or another Resource, I featured the building of a ship. Looking at the whole picture, it's an arduous task. Looking at it is intimidating and looks impossible, but one day at a time, just a little bit each day and it all adds up. Finally you have a cruiser or destroyer on the high seas with their amazing technology.

Determination is definitely the key for getting what you want out of your goals. This is a prime example of that principle. Thanks Daniel.

Thank you :)

It starts with an idea. Then it goes to planning out how this idea can be manifested into reality. From here it's setting goals (I didn't do this here and should have.) Finally it's implementing this thing out until it's there. From here on, it's improving what's there already.

Daniel, yours is a work of art. Not only the map you lovingly crafted with its accompanying problems, but the dedication you put into it.

I'm grateful you shared this. Obstacles will eventually cross our paths along this IM journey; your story serves as an inspiration (as you meant it) to push ahead and work our way through.

Thank you so much.

I thought this might help some people on here see the value of not giving up on something because some glitches in the process turned up. I had a LOT of problems with this because we are now in HTML version 5. This means many of the tags and code that goes with them, that I have known and used for years, are now obsolete. Some things can only be done with CSS, which is another language to assist HTML markup language in the styling sector. Another feat here was to do all of this without adding a CSS file into the header tag or having a separate file altogether. It's all right in the code of the table I used.

I thought it was great! You showed extreme dedication to your idea and your absolutely right in your analogy of how sometimes it takes time to catch on to IM.

In a perfect world where we start out with a good deal of money, we can just assign the idea or task and have it done, but here we are as you said having to wear many hats until we reach a certain knowledge and experience level.

I like having to learn in the rough as you have shown in your tutorial, knowledge seems to stick better in my brain that way.

Thank you for taking the time to share your journey and the lesson that goes along with it, I appreciate you. :)

Sometimes, when you need something, and you don't have the resources to go out and get one, the only other thing that you can do with it is to create one yourself. This is what I do to compensate for not having what I need to get a job done.

This thing is primitive, but it does exactly what I need it to do. Today I will build a prototype page that will come off the map when someone clicks on one of the links. This will ensure there are no problems with adding hyperlinks into the table. I don't expect there will be any problems, but not known until it is attempted.

Since Florida is my home state, I will probably do it to that one first off.

Thank you :) It works. This is all that matters. The big stuff on this site is still to come.
