I really like keeping everything in a campaign folder. I have almost half a dozen campaigns going and move from one to another every couple of weeks. When I come back to one I have worked on before all my research has been already done and sometimes I even have some article titles to complete. As you advance to other methods of promoting you can keep that information saved in various documents and spread sheets within the campaign folder.

I consider my work valuable and make sure to back it up daily to to a jump drive and weekly to and external drive. I have already experienced one computer crash and was able to continue working the next day on another computer with my jump drive and never missed a beat. When my computer was fixed I just uploaded my work from my external drive and added my jump drive and I was back in business. I also have copies of my articles at Rapid Writer and I would like to encourage you to do the same.

I have a file in my campaign folder that has tracking search commands that I use after my articles are distributed by iSnare to watch the back links grow. These will work in the Google search bar and though Google doesn't always give you complete results every time you can still get a pretty good idea of your results.

The first time I tried iSnare distribution was in November of 2008. On the 22nd I submitted 6 articles and they were published on December 2nd. Below are February 2009 results using the search command allintitle:.
