I now open up Rapid Writer in WA, and I save my article titles for my weeks work in anunpublished campaigns folder.

Although I write my articles in my campaign document I also like to put a copy of them in RW to check for keyword(s) density, to also see if anyone else has the exact article title already on the front page and to have a backup.

If I find another article with the same title I just make adjustments to my title to make it a bit different. No need to change the article body because the keyword(s) you optimized for in the body are still in the title even though you edited it.

RW also comes in handy for me when at work because sometimes I will write on my lunch hour. I just update my campaign document at a later time.

Now I am ready to write my first article of the week... check it in RW to make the 500 word minimum required for iSnare and the 1 -2% for eZineArticles (under 2 and closer to 1 for them).

Under the Keyword Research tab check for the Power Score and any title conflicts.

Looks like I am good to go. OH!... be sure to spell check. I like to do this in my campaign document because I have dial up and it takes to long in RW and hangs up all the time.

I am obviously going to spend the rest of the morning correcting the spelling in THIS ARTICLE!

Once my 5 articles are written I breath a little easier and can do other things for the week. The following Monday I submit my 5 new articles to eZineArticles and then start the whole process over. By the third week of this process I'm submitting my first 5 articles to iSnare with paid distribution. If an article or two gets hung up in the process because they are rejected I get them fixed and resubmitted without breaking my rhythm of 5 each week.

EzineArticles is fussy about content and will not allow you to promote affiliate products in the body of an article so to get around this, if I just have to write a promotional article like one about Wealthy Affiliate, I will submit to Amazines instead. They are not as strict and will still get good placement.

Buzzle is also good because they allow one picture with your article and they get a lot of page views, however they are just as strict about content as eZineArticles and will delete your article from the site if they reject it and will not even tell you about it. I learned that one the hard way... no backup copy... poof the article was gone!
