There are so many hot niches today, and I wanted to choose a bunch of them. Ummm, why not? I went in search of a good domain name for my HUB and finally purchased GreatNicheMarkets.com so that I could pick and choose the hot niches I wanted for my spokes and leave ones that I felt personally, would not be fun to write and advertise for.
Great Niche Markets was a keyword phrase (hub) that I knew I could lead readers back to and write articles on forever. Once there, the navigation bar would offer my visitors to: beauty tips, tatoo designs, good wines, and so much more, all great niches.
As this inventory of network niches grows, so too will the profits. Each spoke will advertise their own products: AdSense ads, Clickbank ebooks and Reports, and some of my own relavant ads. Each will be a fully monetized website.
Because each niche will have their own Title... they will be my sub-domains: GreatNicheMarkets.com/beauty-tips orGreatNicheMarkets.com/good wines. My target audience will be people looking to set up a business online using a 'hot niche'. Articles on each sub-domain will give them a better idea of the niche they were considering.
If this sounds like a good idea to you, why not make your next website dominate your passion with the Hub & Spoke Strategy? If I find this strategy can be refined or made better as I set one up, I will update this Training Tutorial.
All feedback welcome.

I am familiar with the "Hub and Spoke" system, and if done correctly it could work very well.
One small tip though... Make sure your sub-domains (at the end of each spoke) are inter-connected with links to each other, and that each sub-domain is also linked back to your main domain (the Hub)
Hope it makes sense to you.
