Again go to your dashboard and at your left hand side click mylife chat, go to settings to create your account to get your ID.

Enter the following fields as below to create your account

Email, Password, First name and your last name.

Now your account is set ready for use.

Next page how to configure your account to connect it as the agent no.1. Automatically I hope you are going to be no. 1 agent. Let us see how to do this
