Go to your dashboard, under my livechat click control panel.

Under mylive chat dashboard click chat agents edit admin to bear your name and your desired password as below and remember you can also change the photo or you may upload your own photo as in my case below.

Now your account is fully set and now you are an Agent console with your assigned ID e.g 7087513, never forget your password.
