Ok so you should have signed up by now (if you aren't already a member). Now what to do? I will briefly cover a few ways that I have used Craigslist in the past and give you a couple pointers as you draw up articles and post....you take it for what it is. Look around Craiglist and get used to it as you might be here frequently (either by posting ads or addiction lol).

For the sake of argument, let's just look at three main ways to use Craigslist. There are many hints and tricks to using the site but I wont go into that in this article. The examples here are broken down into their respective Craigslist category names:

• Gigs
• For Sale

* One key thing you will want to note when using Craigslist is that you can post articles in most major cities across the world. So, be careful that when you write an article in the hopes of targeting "Orange County, CA". Make sure you actually place the article in the respective city. Nothing like a well drawn up ad written in English, placed in the middle of Uruguay!
