The internet is huge. There are many ways to advertise and to get your products and services in front of the internet community. So how do you know which route is best to take? What expenses are "good investments" and which are not? Many questions, few direct and clear answers... In my opinion, free is the best way to start. Start being the key word in that last sentence.
Q: So what is Craigslist?
A: Craigslist is a free (some categories you do pay for) international website where you can post ads and articles in a target city. People post everything from haikus to motorcycles here, as well as things you don't even want to bother reading about.
Q: So why use it?
A: A large percentage of the population use Craiglist on a daily basis. They shop for clothes, nicknacks, free language lessons and the list goes on and on. This isn't by any means a "goldmine" website or so super get rich place, however, if you use it carefully and methodically, you will have results.
Q: What do I have to do to use Craiglist?
A: Nothing really. Just sign up for a free account and get to posting!
