As I am sure many of you know that sharing affiliate links on social media can be problematic. For instance you cannot share WA affiliate links on Pinterest because they will be promptly blocked. On Facebook you might be asked to answer a visual photo-matching test or in most cases they will remove the link claiming it to be spam.

Now you might be thinking that using a link shortener or Pretty Links would be able to help hide the fact that the links are an affiliate link. Well those techniques will not work. The only way to successfully share a WA affiliate link without any problems is having that link reside within a website.

WHAT IF I AM NOT PROMOTING WA

If you are not promoting WA but you would like the opportunity to reach more people beyond your family and friends in hopes of getting referral sign ups to WA, just create a mini Site Rubix website. Make the home page Static, not the default blogroll, and create content that hypes up the benefits of WA, basically a sales page with an affiliate link Call to Action.

Then create a page called BLOG and set the “Latest Posts” to be displayed there. Though you will more than likely not create more than one blog if any, you still need to create another page tab to set your blogroll, because your static page will now be your home page.

Now you can take this free mini website with the WA affiliate links and share it anywhere, even on social media, and not have to worry about Pinterest blocking it or Facebook thinking it's spam and removing the link. I have done this with not just the Black Friday website but have created another one where I promote the benefits of WA Premium.

On page 2 you write "But one thing we must not do is build a website with affiliate links within the content of the majority of pages."

There are people here making thousands of dollars every month by having only Amazon affiliate sites, with all posts/pages with affiliate links. The same is with people promoting WA. So I do not understand your sentence.

What I meant is what Kyle says in his training, that affiliate links should be centralized as much as possible because Google doesn't like websites with affiliate links in the content of every page.

This does not include common spaces like side bars and footers. It's the affiliate links within the content areas that can be problematic. The majority of my affiliate links reside within the content of about 30% of my pages and posts.

Again this does not include the side bar which appears on every screen. On the pages of content without affiliate links, I have internal links going to the pages where the affiliate links reside. Or sometimes I just direct people to the banner ad I have in my side bar.
