A quick evaluation:

The searches and traffic look good = 3068 and 522 (Any traffic is good)

The Article Power is not that great = 7.3. (I prefer 8 and higher)

Press the “View Result” button to see the competition

Keyword Competition (As suspected, this is way too high) = 363

Conclusion:

I need to find a better keyword

You can skip this section completely, but it is always good to know how your keyword is doing before you improve on it. I am way too curious to skip this section.
