What Is A Long Tail Keyword?

Long tail keywords are keywords or key phrases that are more specific and usually longer than more commonly searched for keywords. They normally consist of 3 and more words.

Long tail keywords get less search traffic, but will usually have a higher conversion value, as they are more specific. You can find great long tail keywords with little competition.

People searching for something very specific online will more likely visit your website if you have a long tail keyword that meet their requirements.

“Answer the Public” is a great free tool for finding longtail keywords.

Great advice, Rika. I usually go to Jaaxy to find my keywords, I copy and paste them to my website. Soon as I do my posts on my website, I'll capitalize the first letter of each of the words on the title of the post.

Thanks for replying Roger. Yes I know Jaaxy is better to use, but I am not a paid member of Jaaxy and find this method easy to use and its free.
