So now you have had a tour of the app and are able to keep your account tidy and clear of waifs and strays that are not interested in your posts and could well be fake accounts or spam accounts.

I work my 555 in the morning and then work this app in the evening adding say 5 minutes to my 15 minute routine. If you work the 555 more than once per day then work this routine twice per day in between your 555 if this makes sense.

You should always have a few actions left in each option because you will always have new people that you will have just followed in your 555 that day.

Remember to keep your account so that your ratio of followers to unfollowers is about the same, preferably a few less following to followers :-)
