Want to make your horizontal rule stand out? Below is an example of an inserted horizontal line:

How's it done? Simple really, just change this:

With this:

You can set the border width by decreasing or decreasing the pixels, and the border color by changing the hex code, for instance #000000 will give you a black horizontal line.

If you use gimp, clicking on a color will generate the hex code, otherwise, if you're not conversant with hex codes you can find them by googling something like "free hex codes".

Once you have made any required changes to the <hr> code don't forget to click Publish and refresh the page or post. If you're happy with the result, fine, if not change the attributes until you're haoppy with the final result.

Remember, once updated this will apply to all your posts and pages whenever you insert the <hr> tag. But what happens if you want to change the horizontal without changing the stylesheet? Read on!

Hi Vebol, you need to be in visual mode to see File, Edit, etc. On your dashboard click on all pages or posts, open a page or post by clicking on it, click on Visual, not text, and you should see what you need, then just follow the training step-by-step. Hope this helps.
