Newspaper reporters are required to write at a tenth grade level and for good reason. Unfortunately, this is how the majority of readers can relate. It is important to avoid using industry jargon, acronyms, or slang that not every site visitor will understand. Sadly, the general public can’t easily comprehend “big words,” so you should stick with the basics.
