Website hosting is included in your premium membership but it's up to you to purchase your domain name. If you buy it at Wealthy Affiliate it will cost you $13.99 a year for a dot com. When you purchase a domain name it belongs to you.
There are free domains and paid domains.
The free domain is like yoursitename.siterubix.com.
If you would like to have custom domain like yoursitename.com then you have to buy.
The hosting is free for both domains mentioned above for premium members.
