Apart from the Results and Question sections, there is another Setting section.

This section is for this particular quiz you have built.

I am not going into many details into it as I feel like it is pretty simple to understand again.

You can select whether you want to collect users data or if you want to shuffle questions. You can even add CTA buttons I believe, by allowing the support of shortcodes.

Helpful info, although there are many possibilities of using various tools online for such purposes. Definitely, using WP plugins is one of the most practical ways.
