Thankyou!
I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on reaching this final lesson. And to also thank you for working your way through this lengthy course. If you've reached this far, I'm confident you now understand how to use the software and create fantastic, high quality movies for your online business and the internet.
Exporting your movie.
Now that you've created a movie, you've added titles, music, transitions and maybe even some special effects, it's time to save your production and export your movie.
There are a few ways to export your movie and I'll demonstrate all the options to you. However, I tend to export my movies to my desktop in ".MOV" format to ensure I can easily create a backup of my movie which I save in another location. This is entirely up to you but I know the horrible feeling of needing to revisit a movie only to find I've accidentally deleted it or it's become corrupted for some reason. To achieve what I've just suggested, I always use the "Export" option.
Important - Preset and Dimensions settings.
I explain all the options in the video lesson, but I want to draw your attention to the "Preset" and the "Dimensions" options. These are very important and will dictate the size and quality of your exported movie. So please pay close attention to the instructions as I go through these options in the lesson.
If you have any questions at all about this lesson or any others in my course, please ask me and I'll be more than happy to help you.
Kind regards,
Phil.
