It is better to copy your details fromm WA and paste them directy into FileZilla.

• Where it states your 'Host' at the top of FileZilla, add your domain url without the http://www.
• Add your username as is from WA.
• Add your password as is from WA.
• You don't need to add a port number for WA.
• Click on Quickconnect
