When it comes to enjoying the benefits of online shopping, I think it is at buying digital products. They are at your convenience and comfort. You can imagine finding an eBook you need, making a purchase with your credit card. Immediately, you are downloading and reading at your convenience.
Bringing such convenience to people’s desk, same time earning a decent commission for such services will be your delight. But what are the benefits of selling digital products online and what are the kinds of products you can get engaged in? Before we start on this journey, I think it is good we understand the products referred to as digital products.
What are Digital Products?
Digital products refer to products that you sell online without any physical form or substance. Like a theme or an online course, there is no way you can hold it or tell how they smell. They are intangible products, most of which are accessible after a download or signup.

I could use much of the content on my site in eBook format with very little editing but I would not want to do that if it would be competing with my posts for SEO traffic.

Thank you very much, It all depends on how you want to market your product. Creating a funnel is an excellent way to go. You would have used it to demonstrate your expertise.
You can also use PPC to sell directly, it all depends on how you look at it.

Writing content is the alternative, so rather than paying for clicks, you simply write content & then get free traffic as your content ranks naturally.
PPC can deliver fast results, but it's a tricky process because you have to optimize your convert rates so that you make sure you're earning more than you're paying out in clicks. Usually the margins are very small so for beginners, PPC just acts as an easy way to lose a lot of money really quickly.
