In the box with the lower number, most times that is the second box, (remember, we are only working with the top two boxes), change the number there to 200. If both numbers are the same it will not matter which one you choose to change to 200.
You will see the number in the other box change at the same time, This is fine.See the following screen. As long as the lower of the two numbers in these boxes is 200, you are good to go.
Click OK. Your re sized picture will show up in the paint program.
Your last step is to go back to the arrow up in the left corner of your paint program. On the drop down menu that appears double left click on save as, then click on save. You will get the following screen.
Go ahead and click yes and then click save.
Your picture is now ready for loading over at Street Articles.
