Now we are going to Pixlr

Pixlr is a free photo editer online

We are going to upload our screenshot, or a part of the screenshot, if you cut it allready in paint.

Choose for Open image from your computer.

And now we are going to open the arrow image as layer.

Go to layer > open image as layer

Then you choose for free transformation.

Now you can set the arrow in every angel you wish.
